Threshold Test Problem

I tried the test today for the first time. The instructions were very clear. I chose the 20 minute test, and rode my butt off, or at least tried. When the time was up, the timer stopped with 1 second left, and the CS in the back round switched to a grey color. Then I received a error message that the program could not generate a report. AHHH!!! What could have gone wrong?
Could an error have been generated due to not properly setting up my profile properly in the comp CS software? I forgot to do that and rode with the default settings of the rider profile. The warm-up generated a performance file in CS, but not the actual test ride.

Please record the error message and please send to the support line in future. You will get faster response.
Please run through the 2+2 minute preview provided and ensure everything is setup correctly. The test report will generate if all is working correctly.
