Fully automated threshold-power testing protocol: We've done what everyone needs!
Finally, a fully automated and motivating way to determine your threshold power and measure your training progress. We've implemented a standardized test which begins with a programmed ErgVideo-style warm-up. You do Threshold Testa final calibration of your trainer, and then execute your choice of a 20-minute or 60-minute time-trial test to determine your threshold power. You get a useful, informative report presented and saved for future reference. Multirider centers can test up to 8 riders all in a single session!
You ride both parts of the test with 5-time Canadian Champion Glen Rendall. The Threshold Test ErgVideo was shot on a gorgeous sunny day in the heart of beautiful Franco-Ontario. We are extremely proud to feature Glen and his team in our ErgVideo products. Integrated music player for Windows Media Music or iTunes: You asked for music soundtracks on the ErgVideos, but our clients are so diverse that we could never please everyone. So we went one better: YOU control the music, with your own playlists in Windows Media or iTunes music libraries. You control your ErgVideo experience.
Integrated web-based ride designer: full analysis while you build it: The ride design and analysis toolkits at Intellicoach.ca are linked into the ErgVideo 2 interface. Now you can see full pre-analysis on the rides you design, including precise time-in-zones and TrainingPeaks WKO+ metrics. Easily import your web-designed rides with our integrated interface. Integrated with ErgVideo training plans: The ErgVideo Training Plan format is open and linked to the Intellicoach design tools. Now any coach can write training plans for their ErgVideo-enabled clients. With ErgVideo 2, an athlete can open his Training Plan, and simply click on the link to the workout that her coach has scheduled. Full RacerMate Velotron Support: At long last, VeloTron users can enjoy what CT users have been for a year now!. Velotron riders use ErgVideo with the Velotron CS Beta 1.6 software available from RacerMate All the same functionality as with CompuTrainer and CompCS software, including the threshold test. ALL ErgVideos are compatible!
New User Interface features: We've made accessing your ErgVideo library more convenient and easier to store on different drives throughout your system. We've also introduced some more performance optimization tweaks.

NEW! California Spring Training: We catch up to Canadian Road Champs Cam Evans (2007) and Andrew Randell (2002) of the Symmetrics Pro Cycling team in Sunnyvale California for some base-endurance riding with their pals Mark Hlady and Dominic Valela. This is set-up as a steady Base-zone ride, but we prefer increasing the threshold setting so that Old LaHonda really bites the legs in a vigorous Tempo-zone workout. Low res Preview

NEW! Muskoka Half: Another National Champion from the Ride with Rendall crew. This time it is 2008 Canadian Women's Long Course Triathlon Champion, Cynthia Wilson. She rides the new Muskoka Half bike course, with a strong and impeccably smooth style. The ride starts out hard among short steep hills, but settles down on the flatter highways. The sting in the tail is a return to the hills once again.Low res Preview
